YOUR GATEWAY TO THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA
InfoService is a one-stop shop offering a wide array of client services which include admission, registration and financial transactions. The service is offered in person, by telephone, by fax or by e-mail.
Please note that InfoService will be closed from 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. on Thursday January 28th, 2010. However, our phone lines and reception desk will be open at 9:00 a.m.
Operating Hours:
September 1st to May 31st
Monday to Friday - 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Telephone services remain open for an extra half-hour daily, as well as the check-in counter for general information, and document deposits.

Chat service is available:
Monday – 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday – 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday– 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
