Application for admission to an Ontario university by Ontario secondary school students
For applicants currently attending an Ontario high school full-time. The paper version of the application form is available only at Ontario high schools. You can apply online at www.ouac.on.ca.
Form OUAC105
All other undergraduate applicants for admission to an Ontario university
For Canadian and international applicants who wish to apply to an undergraduate program for full-time studies and who have never taken courses at the University of Ottawa. You can apply online at www.ouac.on.ca
Form A2
University of Ottawa application form
For applicants who have previously studied at the University of Ottawa or Saint Paul University and for those applying for part-time studies, for admission to the BSc Nursing professional program for registered nurses or to certificate programs. The application fee is $50 plus $15 for each program choice.
